1. What we collect. The details you send through our enquiry forms: name, email, phone number, service of interest, destination, travel dates, message, preferred language and the journey you ask about. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, we also receive what you send. We do not ask for passport copies, payment card details or other sensitive documents through this website. If we need identity or travel documents to arrange a booking or visa, we will request them separately and use them only for that purpose.

2. How we use it. To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes; to arrange the bookings and visa services you request; to keep in touch about your trip; to improve our services; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with. Only as needed to deliver what you ask: airlines, hotels, tour operators and local partners, visa-processing partners, government authorities, and service providers who help us run this website and send email. Some may be outside the UAE. We take reasonable steps to protect your data when it is shared.

4. Consent. We process your data with your consent, given when you tick the consent box on our forms, and to respond to your requests. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Storage and security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires.

6. Your rights. You may ask us for access to your data, to correct it, delete it or restrict its use. Email info@hexagonatlas.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies. This website currently uses only essential technologies needed for it to work, such as remembering your language. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

8. Children. Our services are for adults. Information about a child travelling should be provided by a parent or guardian.
