1. About this website. This website is informational and enquiry-based. It does not offer online booking or payment. Services are provided by Hexagon Atlas Tourism L.L.C (Licence No. 1653664).

2. Enquiries and quotes. An enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you and any required payment is received. Quotes depend on availability and may change until confirmed, because prices are set by airlines, hotels and other suppliers.

3. Supplier conditions. Confirmed bookings are subject to the conditions of the supplier, such as airline fare rules, hotel policies and tour conditions, including change and cancellation charges. We will tell you the key conditions before you confirm.

4. Travel documents and visas. You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, entry requirements and health requirements. Visas and entry permissions are decided by the issuing authorities. We do not guarantee approval or processing times.

5. Travel insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance. It is required for some journeys, and we will tell you when it is.

6. Suppliers and liability. We arrange services provided by independent suppliers. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for their acts or omissions, or for events beyond our control such as severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, security situations or airline schedule changes.

7. Website content. Information and photographs on this website are general and illustrative and may change without notice.

8. Intellectual property. The content, logos and design of this website belong to Hexagon Atlas or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Acceptable use. Do not use this website unlawfully or try to disrupt it.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
